Postdoctoral Fellowship Program

Dr. Flentje is a mentor in the SPRC Research Fellowship Program in Cardiovascular Disease Prevention. Prospective postdocs interested in the Health Equity Lab would be encouraged to apply. Research topics could include cardiovascular prevention as it relates to posttraumatic stress disorder treatment, substance use, hormonal exposures, and/or epigenetics among other topics.

Early Stage Investigator Mentoring and Project Opportunities

Dr. Flentje may be able to provide mentorship and project support to early stage faculty investigators interested in topics related to stress, substance use, epigenetics, hormonal exposures, and/or HIV. If early stage faculty who are interested in these topics would be interested in mentoring and support please reach out to Dr. Flentje directly.

If you are interested in gaining experience and training in community-engaged research on sexual and gender minority health, please complete the application materials at the link below. Undergraduate Research Opportunities with Dr. Flentje’s lab are for Stanford Undergraduate students, and can be unpaid or for course credit.

Research Topics may include: Minority stress, mental health, clinical research, and epigenetics.
